Spanish Omelette Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 sliced potatoes
  • 1 white onion chopped in julienne
  • 10 eggs
  • Olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation:

  • In a pan, add olive oil and heat.
  • Add the chopped potatoes.
  • Cook the potatoes over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  • When the potatoes are cooked, add the white onion and a little salt.
  • Mix and wait 10 minutes.
  • Drain the oil.
  • In a large cup, add the 10 eggs and salt to taste.
  • Beat the eggs.
  • Add the potatoes and stir with the eggs.
  • In a large, hot pan, add this mixture.
  • Wait for the eggs to cook for 4 minutes.
  • Flip the tortilla.
  • Cook for 4 minutes on the other side.
  • Remove from pan.
  • Enjoy.
