Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground beef (90/10)
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp black pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp ground all spice to taste
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • In a large bowl, add the pork and beef.
  • Add the eggs, cinnamon and knead.

  • Add the salt, black pepper, all spice, and knead.
  • Shape the meat into a ball.
  • Colocar en un recipiente de vidrio.

  • Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350°.
  • Uncover and bake for 10 min.
  • Poke holes into the meatloaf and slice.
