Grilled Chicken Breast

Ingredients:

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Rinse the chicken with lemon. Split breasts in half and marinate with the garlic, lemon, mustard, and salt. In a pan, sauté with olive oil at high temperature, add the chicken. Lower the temperature and cook on one side until golden. Turn over to other side, and cook.

Sautéed vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 onion julienned
  • 1 lb carrot julienned
  • 1 lb Green beans
  • 12 ounces of sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves

Directions:

In a pan, add the olive oil and the garlic, then add the onions, and cook at high temperature until they are crystallized. Add the carrots and cook for 5 minutes. Lastly add the green beans, and the corn and cook for 5 minutes. Serve.
Optional – add quinoa
