- 3 chicken breasts
- ½ Lemon
- ½ tbsp. of mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp. of olive oil
- 1 cup of water
Cut the tip to the breast to make it square. With a knife, open them in half. Marinate the chicken with lemon, mustard, salt, garlic and pepper.
In a frying pan, heat the olive oil, place the breasts and brown them on one side. Then turn them over, and let them brown on the other side.
When they are golden, we place them in a baking dish.
In the same pan, add more olive oil and place the mushrooms until they are golden. In a small bowl, stir the water and the cream of mushrooms. Then add the mixture to the pan and stir. Add the Marsala wine and stir. Let it boil.
Add the sauce over the chicken and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Serve and decorate with parsley.
